Unused pages never expire. Launch with 2 of your 3 pages and the third is yours whenever you're ready — no charge. Pages beyond your package are billed as extra pages.

Mockup first, no deposit. We build your mockup before you pay anything. For 30 days after your first mockup, revise it as often as you like. Then you decide: approve it and pay in full at launch, or walk away and owe nothing. After launch, changes fall under your 30-day support, then a care plan.

Basic SEO = page titles & descriptions, clean headings, image alt text, sitemap, submitted to Google. Full SEO = everything in Basic plus local keyword targeting, business info Google can display (hours, address, phone), social share previews, image compression, and an analytics dashboard.

Online checkout runs through your own Stripe, Square, or PayPal account — payments go straight to you, and they charge their own per-sale fee. A full store with cart, inventory, and shipping is quoted separately.

Domain name is purchased in your name (usually $10–$15/yr) — we connect it for you.

How long does each tier take?

Your first mockup is ready in 4–7 days for Basic, 7–10 for Business, and 10–14 for Strike (3D). Rush (+50% of the package price) cuts that in half — Basic 2–4 days, Business 4–5, Strike 5–7. Timelines start once we have your content; if you need copywriting (+$50/page add-on) we knock that out first. You then have 30 days to revise the mockup, and we launch as soon as you approve it.

Will I own the code? Can I host it anywhere?

100% yours, including all source. Default hosting is Cloudflare Pages/Workers (free tier covers most small-business sites) — we set it up under your account. You can migrate to any host that serves static files or Node, since it's all standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Do you outsource any of the work?

No. Every line of code, every design decision, every email comes from one operator. That's the reason the pricing works the way it does.

What happens after the 30-day free post-launch support ends?

Pick a monthly maintenance plan (Lite Care $35, Standard Care $85, Pro Care $175) or pay hourly for one-offs. No pressure — your site keeps working on its own. Most clients without a CMS-heavy site go a year between touch-ups.

Do I pay anything before I see my site?

No. We build a full mockup of your site first. For 30 days you can revise it as often as you like. If you love it, you pay at launch. If you decide it's not for you, you owe nothing.

What if I don't use all the pages in my package?

They stay on your account and never expire. If you buy Basic (3 pages) and launch with 2, just tell us when you want the third — we build it at no charge. Only pages beyond your package's limit are billed as extra pages.

How does online checkout work?

Included in Business and Strike. You connect your own Stripe, Square, or PayPal account and we add buy buttons for up to 10 products or services. Customers pay on their secure checkout page, the money goes straight to your bank, and we never touch payments or card numbers. They charge their own small per-sale fee. Need a full store with a cart, inventory, and shipping? We quote that separately.

Do you do redesigns, or only new sites?

Both. A redesign generally lands in Business or Strike pricing depending on scope. We'll review your existing site for free and tell you which tier actually fits before you commit.

When do I pay?

No deposit. We build your mockup first, and you pay in full at launch — only after you've approved it. Care plans are billed monthly. Full details are in our Website Service Terms.

What if I just need a Wix/Squarespace cleanup, not a full rebuild?
