Where does the real-life footage come from?

We shoot it ourselves on Oʻahu for local clients. Off-island clients send us product / location footage and we cut, color, and style it. Either way — no stock-library re-skins, no AI pretending to be real.

Do you handle paid ad spend (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)?

No — that's a separate skill set and a separate budget. We make the creative; you (or your ad buyer) place it. Happy to recommend an ad-buying partner if you don't already have one.

What if I'm not on Oʻahu? Can you still do real shoots?

Yes. You ship us footage or do a quick video walkthrough of your space/product and we direct the shoot remotely. Or rely fully on AI-generated visuals if a real shoot isn't an option. Pro tier clients also get an annual on-location shoot day if travel is in scope.

Can I cancel a monthly package anytime?

Yes — month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and we're done. Pre-paid quarters are non-refundable but you keep every asset we've delivered.

Who owns the content you make?

You do. Full commercial usage rights on everything delivered. Exclusivity (we won't repurpose for a similar business in your category) is a +25% add-on if your space is sensitive.

How fast do you turn around revisions?

24–48 hours for minor edits (text, color, swap clips). Conceptual changes ("redo with a different vibe") count as a new round and may bump the schedule.

What's the difference between Cinematic AI and regular AI video?

Regular AI video = one 5–10 sec generation, captioned and exported. Cinematic = multiple generations stitched + color graded + sound design + brand-tuned. Per-length pricing reflects the extra hands-on time — a 60-second cinematic piece is roughly 4–6 hours of work, not a one-click export.

Will the same person handle my account every month?

Yes. It's one operator — the founder — start to finish. No account-manager swaps, no offshore handoffs.
