These terms cover every website project we build for you: the Basic, Business, and Strike packages, add-ons, and monthly care plans. They're written in plain English on purpose. If something here isn't clear, email us before you approve your quote.
The short version
After our first meeting, we send you a written quote by email listing your package, add-ons, price, and first-mockup timeline. Approving the quote starts your mockup. It doesn't cost anything and doesn't commit you to buying.
You commit to buying only when you approve your final mockup and tell us to launch. Your approved quote and these terms together make up our agreement. If your quote and these terms ever disagree, the quote wins.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean MilMaxxing Tech LLC, and "you" means the business or person the quote is for.
Your first mockup is ready in 4–7 days for Basic, 7–10 days for Business, and 10–14 days for Strike. With Rush, it's 2–4 days for Basic, 4–5 for Business, and 5–7 for Strike.
The clock starts when we have everything we need from you: your text (or your copywriting order), logo, photos, and any account access. If we're waiting on you for content, your first-mockup date moves by the same amount of time. That includes Rush projects.
Once you approve your mockup and tell us to launch, we connect your domain and publish the site.
A page is a separate address on your site, such as Home, Menu, or Contact. A long scrolling page with several sections counts as one page.
Unused pages never expire. If your package includes 3 pages and you launch with 2, the third is yours whenever you want it, at no charge. It will be built in your site's existing design. A redesign of your existing pages is quoted separately.
Pages beyond your package's limit are extra pages, billed at our posted rate ($50 on Basic, $100 on Business and Strike).
30-day revision window. The window starts the day we deliver your first mockup. During those 30 days, we meet with you and revise the mockup as often as you like until you're completely satisfied.
Your decision. By the end of the 30 days, you decide whether to buy. If you approve, we launch and payment is due in full at launch. If you decide not to buy, you owe nothing.
Revisions are changes within the package and add-ons in your quote. Adding pages beyond your package, new features, or upgrading to a different package changes the price. We'll quote those first and only do them with your OK.
After launch, changes fall under your 30-day support, then your care plan.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you give us: prices, hours, menus, claims about your products, and so on. By sending us text, logos, photos, video, music, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them on your website.
Photos or video we shoot or create for your site are yours to use once you've paid in full.
We connect up to 10 products or services to your own Stripe, Square, or PayPal account. Your customers pay on that company's secure checkout page, and the money goes straight to your account. We never hold your money or see card numbers.
You're responsible for your payment account, product prices, sales tax, shipping, and refunds to your customers. The payment company charges its own per-sale fees under its own terms. A full online store with a cart, inventory, and shipping rules is quoted separately.
Strike includes one custom 3D model of your product, made from photos you provide. Additional 3D models are $150 each.
Our SEO work sets up your site so search engines can find and understand it. No one can guarantee a specific ranking, amount of traffic, or sales, and we don't.
Your domain name is bought in your name and paid by you (usually $10–$15 per year). We host your site on Cloudflare under your own account. The free plan covers most small-business sites.
You keep ownership of your domain, hosting, and payment accounts. We may need temporary access during the build. After launch, you can remove our access or change your passwords at any time.
Your site uses outside services such as Cloudflare, Web3Forms, Stripe, Square, PayPal, and Google, depending on your package. Each has its own terms and fees. We're not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or price changes.
For 30 days after your site launches, we fix anything that isn't working as agreed at no charge: broken links, layout problems on current phones and browsers, forms that don't send, and mistakes we introduced.
The 30-day support doesn't cover new pages, new features, ongoing content changes, or problems caused by edits made by someone else or by changes to outside services.
After 30 days, you can choose a monthly care plan or ask us to quote one-off work. Your site keeps running either way.
Care plans (Lite Care, Standard Care, Pro Care) are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. Partial months aren't refunded, and unused updates or features don't roll over to the next month.
Once you've paid in full, you own your website, its design, and its source code, 100%. You can host it anywhere. Until then, the mockup and all work on it remain ours. If you decide not to buy, the mockup isn't published and can't be used, copied, or handed to another developer.
Open-source tools we use to build your site (such as animation and 3D libraries) stay under their own licenses. We may reuse general techniques and code that aren't specific to your business.
We may show your finished site in our portfolio and on our website. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we'll leave it out.
We build your site to work on current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox) on phones and computers at launch. Beyond that, the site is provided as delivered.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales, or lost data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Before starting any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Most concerns can be settled this way.
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the "Last Updated" date when we do. The version in effect when you approved your quote applies to your project.
